1. About Sabzghar

Sabzghar ("we", "us", "our") is an online plant nursery founded in 2015, operating in Pakistan. Our nursery is located at Gehlan Phatak, Main Multan Road, Pattoki, District Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan. We sell live plants, seeds, fertilizers, planters and related accessories through our website and WhatsApp channel.

By accessing or using our website at sabzghar.pk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its servers
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract data from the website
• Post or transmit any false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Resell or commercially exploit any content or product listings without written permission
• Use the website to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity

3. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors at any time, before or after an order is confirmed
• Update product descriptions and images without notice
• Discontinue any product or category at any time
• Limit order quantities at our discretion

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated based on your delivery city and shown at checkout.

Since our products are live plants, appearance may vary slightly from images shown on the website due to natural growth variations, seasonal changes and photography conditions. We guarantee the species and quality of the plant, not its exact visual appearance.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase a product at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation from us.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in select cities
• Bank transfer (IBFT) — account details provided at checkout
• Mobile wallet payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) — details provided at checkout

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where payment is not received, the order cannot be fulfilled, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded in full within 3–5 business days.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately on WhatsApp at 0322-4297067. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Returns: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, our 7-Day Freshness Guarantee applies:

• If your plant arrives visibly damaged due to packaging failure, contact us within 48 hours with photos
• If your plant dies within 7 days of delivery due to a verifiable nursery issue, contact us with photos
• We will offer a free replacement or store credit at our discretion
• This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by improper care after delivery

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, plant photography, product descriptions and page design — is the property of Sabzghar and is protected under Pakistani and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial sharing with attribution is permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sabzghar shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our website or products
• Plant death or decline caused by improper care, environmental conditions or events beyond our control
• Delays in delivery caused by courier companies, extreme weather, strikes or other force majeure events
• Technical errors, interruptions or data loss related to our website
• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on our website

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites (such as courier tracking pages, payment gateways or social media platforms). These links are provided for your convenience only. Sabzghar has no control over the content or practices of these third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements or service offerings. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
